They’re fairly simple to make but the difficulty is in serving them to 150 people as wedding favors. I might serve them in a small glass… 7-8 sugar covered grapes per person. I wonder if I should hire someone to make & store this quantity? I think it’s a lot of freezer space to use and a big worry while planning a wedding.

1Ask the caterer if they have deep freeze space for you to use.
I would serve them in a bowl in the middle of each table, perhaps an ice bowl with the bowl of grapes resting on it, like you serve caviar.

2Depnding on your time ratio, ask some friends to help.Wrap them up in Tule, that lacey fabric, pouch style and tie them with a ribbon colored with the theme of the wedding colors.Place in the coolers over ice. Last minute, have someone, place them on each guests plate with a little tag on the ribbon, with date, time of the wedding and name of the happy couple.
As far as the storage of the frozen grapes, buy a few in-expensive styrafoam coolers at the market, fill with ice and it should keep the grapes frosty for 24 hours.

3WOW i think that would be stunning. I don’t think ppl would take them home though. What do you do with them? I think you should make them part of the table centerpiece and do the sugar coated almonds as the wedding favours.
